Our menus are created weekly, and at times, daily.  They're dictated by time, place, seasonality, and curiosity.  The philosophy is simple.  No waste mentality, use the best local ingredients, support sustainable farmers, and share our passion for great food and hospitality with you.

The Latin term for 'time'.  Our approach to food and hospitality will always focus on right now, the present moment.  All of our best goes into our craft with love and respect to the service of others.  Unbroken learning and perpetual growth have to stay in constant parallel with the relentless pace of time.
